The No Deposit Bonus is valid for NEW account holders and only one (1) account per household, shared computer, physical address and/or internet connection will qualify for this offer. In the case of multiple accounts, the management holds the right to close all the identical accounts and forfeit all the winnings without any prior notice.Rules for Household Account
In special cases, two or more people within the same household may be allowed to open multiple accounts without being considered as duplicates.For an account to be considered as a household account, the original account MUST be an active depositor and must have contacted our customer support staff notifying them that a household account is being opened.
All necessary documentation should be received in the original account prior to requesting for a household account.
Withdrawal Limitations for Household Accounts
When one of the accounts within the same household requests a withdrawal, all the other accounts included within the same household will also be subjected to bonus restrictions and inabilityThis is a temporary situation that will be reversed after a period of seven (7) days after the withdrawal is being processed or if a deposit is made into any of the household accounts at any time during this period.
Rules for Withdrawal:
• There must be at least one deposit of minimum $20 in your account.• Player(s) can withdraw winnings coming from the Free Sign-up Bonus limited to a maximum of $50*.
• For verification of your account, either you'll have to call us on phone to verify your account or you'll receive a verification call from us.
• Your Deposit plus Deposit bonus plus Chat BBs must be wagered as per our promotions before being eligible to request a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Only depositing player(s) can request a withdrawal.
• Subsequent withdrawal request will be considered upon the completion of the previously made withdrawal requests if any.
• Minimum withdrawal request is $100. ALL withdrawal requests below $100 will be rejected.
• Maximum withdrawal limit on the winnings from the bingo and casino games is $1250 per week.
• Winnings derived from any complimentary promotional Bonus Bucks (except for free sign-up bonus) received by the Player are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Once a withdrawal is requested, Player will forfeit all BB's left in their account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. In case of withdrawal not being approved the lost BB's would be reinstated. Example: A Player "x" has $300 cash in his account and $300 BB's. If the Player withdraws $200 cash leaving $100 cash in his account, the Player's BB's will be reduced to $100.
• In order to ensure the withdrawal amount reaches the right person, all players making their first withdrawal MUST send us the documents as mentioned in Documents Required Section.
• These details MUST match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Updated documents are to be furnished every 6 months if applicable. Use of invalid contact details will result in closure of the account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent to toll free (for U.S. residents) via fax to (866) 878-2214, or scanned and uploaded by logging into bingo account, alternatively sent by email to documents@breakthebankbingo.com with a copy to ccprocessing@breakthebankbingo.com.
• Players are requested to contact Live Help to know about all applicable documents required to request a withdrawal. After sending the documents to us, player(s) can contact Live Help after 30 minutes to confirm if we have received their documents. If they are legible, their Approved withdrawal will be paid within 10 business days. We want our player(s) to win and withdraw big all the time and get fee exemption. That's why, we have drastically reduced the withdrawal fee with no fee for the withdrawal requests above $300! The applicable fee in sending withdrawal will be deducted from the withdrawal amount as per the table below:

Rules for Deposit Bonuses
All deposit bonuses on Break the Bank Bingo are based on promotional offers. Your bonus amount will be credited to your account immediately. Bonuses and compensations can only be used only on Bingo, Keno and Slot games.In the interest of fair gaming, we require all the players to fulfill the wagering requirement. This requirement is in the interest of fair play considering that any wager on Break the Bank Bingo website can return a sizable winning.
Wagering Requirements to Claim Deposit Bonuses
You must wager at least (1) one times of your last deposit amount for the bonus to automatically kick into your existing balance.Playthrough requirement for the withdrawal of the deposit bonuses is wagering the sum of deposit amount, respective deposit bonus and Chat BBs a total of (3) three times for Bingo Games and thirty (30) times for casino games unless exclusively specified in the promotions.
* Player(s) can withdraw winnings coming from Free Sign-up Bonus limited to a maximum of $50. Player’s account will be credited with $50 cash (wagering not applicable on this $50 credit) along with the initial deposit amount and applicable bonus opted by the player. The player has to meet the wagering requirement if applicable for the deposit amount and all associated bonuses including Chat BBs taken by the player from the time of deposit and before making a withdrawal request.
Example1: A Player "x" wins $100 from our free sign up bonus and wants to deposit to be able to withdraw his winnings. Player chooses to go for straight deposit (zero % deposit bonus and no-wagering required option) of $100. Player's account will be reset and credited with $50 Cash Plus $100 Cash plus $00.00 bonus. Therefore the player’s has $150 in Cash and can withdraw all $150 if he wishes or can play to win more and withdraw more.
Example2: A Player "x" wins $100 from our free sign up bonus and wants to deposit to be able to withdraw his winnings. Player chooses to go for a deposit of $100 with 300 % deposit bonus and 3-times Bingo and 30-times Casino games wagering required option. Player's account will be reset and credited with $50 Cash Plus $100 Cash plus $300 bonus (300% of $100). Therefore the player’s has $150 in Cash and $300 in bonus. The player needs to wager $400 ($100 cash + $300 bonus) at lease 3-times on bingo games ($400 X 3=$1200) and or 30-times on casino games ($400 X 30 =$12,000) to be eligible for withdrawals. In case the player has won chat BBs before making a withdrawal request the chat BBs are supposed to be wagered too, 3-times or 30-times depending on the games played.
** Non-Cashable Bonuses (NCB): In exceptional cases we offer NCB to our loyal Players. Player(s) are requested to re-set there bingo account by contacting Live Help or exhaust the entire NCB amount before making a deposit.

Rules for Registration and Participation
• Players must be at least 21 years of age or older to play on Break the Bank Bingo.• Players using false or misleading information at the time of registration will have their accounts closed and all winnings will be forfeited.
• Players are allowed to have only one account per household, shared computer, physical address and/or internet connection. Send a mail to support@breakthebankbingo.com in case you wish to open multiple accounts. Prior written permission is mandatory before opening any additional accounts.
• In case of system malfunctioning, we will refund all bets placed on the game. In which case Break the Bank Bingo will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of such events and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.
• It is the responsibility of the Player to ensure that they read, understand and fully comply with all the site rules and any national and international laws and regulations applicable to the Player.
• Management reserves the right to terminate any Player at any time without any prior notice if they are found violating any of the site rules. In such a case the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

• The purchase of all cards is final. It is the players' responsibility to keep their User Name and Passwords secure at all times, ensuring the prevention of any unauthorized use of the same and therefore accepts liability for any damages which may be caused by the misuse of the Player account.
